• Certificates are issued only on 100% attendance.
• Certification may take up to 3 weeks post-program.
   

• If a session is cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be informed through official channels.

By joining as a volunteer, you agree to the following terms:

• Educational Purpose Only
  Your role is to raise awareness about blockchain technology. Volunteers are strictly prohibited from engaging in or promoting financial or investment activities related to cryptocurrencies.

• Non-Profit Nature
  This is a non-profit, voluntary role focused on sharing updates about industry trends, job opportunities, and government schemes related to R&D.

• No Financial Authority
  Your Digital Volunteer ID does not authorize you to represent Digital South Trust in any financial or legal matters. Only officially appointed members have that authority.

• Fundraising Restrictions
  Volunteers cannot collect funds under the name of Digital South. Any unauthorized fundraising will result in immediate removal and legal action.

• Donations Are Non-Refundable
  Contributions made to Digital South are treated as non-refundable donations, as per Indian Income Tax regulations.
   

• Code of Conduct
  Volunteers must behave professionally, respectfully, and responsibly. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
   
• Reputation Risk
  Any action—intentional or accidental—that harms the reputation of Digital South will lead to legal consequences.
   
• No Employment Claim
  Volunteering does not create any employment relationship. No salary, compensation, or employment benefits are provided.
   
• Volunteer ID Misuse
  Volunteer IDs must not be used for personal gain, endorsements, or unauthorized affiliations.
   

• Use of Digital South Branding
  The name, logo, and other branding materials may be used only with official permission.
   
• Confidentiality Agreement
  Any internal information must be kept confidential and not disclosed without approval.
   
• Event Participation
  Volunteers are expected to adhere to instructions and behave responsibly during events, workshops, and campaigns.
   
• Social Media Guidelines
  Volunteers should uphold the Trust’s image online. Personal opinions must not be presented as official views of Digital South.
   
• Media Consent
  Volunteers consent to their names, photos, and participation being used in promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
   

• Termination Clause
  Digital South reserves the right to suspend or revoke volunteer status for any breach of these terms.
